What: This is Costa Rica's first online and live property auction. All properties in the auction are up to 50% of their market value. Properties being offered include raw residential development land, raw commercial development land, residences, and commercial properties such as hotels. Many of the properties being offered have ocean view or are near the ocean.
When: 4 pm to 10pm September 22nd, 2011. The schedule will be more or less as follows:
4pm to 6pm - Group 1: Properties from $250,000+
6pm to 8pm - Group 2: Properties from $75,000 to $250,000
8pm to 10pm - Group 3: Properties from $2,000 to $75,000
