San Jose is the largest city in Costa Rica, you will be hard pressed to exhaust all of the activities and places of interest this city has to offer.

San Jose is the epicenter of Costa Rica and with that status, comes a plethora of things to do.  From nature to activities to cultural events, this city has it all.  Within about an hour, you can be to the volcanoes, to La Paz waterfalls, or in the heart of the city, to shop and sight see. We have listed a few of the most popular activities in the area in the hopes that this should give you a good start to your adventure!
