His signature Ceviche is receiving raves all along the Gold Coast, along with other unique favorites such as Coconut-Crusted Dorado (Mahi Mahi) with Guanabana Salsa (Jack Fruit), Yellow-Fin Tuna with a Soy Ginger Sauce, Palmito Au Gratin, and his to-die-for Mandarin Eggs Benedict for Sunday Brunch. Among his delectable desserts is the resort's award-winning Golden Costa Rica Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Under Chef David’s demanding standards, Arenas’ weekly variety of International Buffets, offer a wide range of culinary delights to please any palate.
Arenas Restaurant is 100% Kid Friendly too; you can always such favorites as Hamburgers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, French Fries, Tacos, and Spaghetti for those less discriminating, but hungry little diners!
Arenas serves Breakfast 6:30am - 10:30am / Lunch from 12:00pm - 4:00pm / Dinner from 6:00pm - 9:30pm, 365 days a year.
