Arenal Canopy Tour / Zip Line
This is one of the most attractive and exciting tours in the Arenal Area. Flying above the rain forest while admiring the views of Arenal Volcano and waterfalls, an experience you will never forget.
All tours begin with safety procedures and use of equipment guidelines. After overviewing and answering questions, you will start your 25 minute shuttle by cart ride through the Rainforest eventually reaching the observation base. From this location you will view the Pino Blanco Waterfall. You will then proceed to walk directly through the middle of the rainforest while admiring and learning more about the ecosystem from your guide.
Here you will launch from the 1st of 10 cables ranging 180 - 980 meters, with a combine total of roughly 3.5 kilometers of cable. Each launching point begins from the treetops on an 18 meter tower. Along the way, you will see both the Pino Blanco Waterfall, and the Fortuna Waterfall as well as Volcano Arenal.
On returning, you have the option of visiting the indigenous Maleku village where they will share a bit of their culture and traditions. On returning you can choose to hike 20 minutes to visit the frog farm and butterfly observatory which is located on the park grounds.
